We LOVE LOVE LOVE this tank! It was our first shrimp tank and it captured our hearts immediately. We have never had an issue with it. It comes with everything you need, from the lights to the substrate to the filter media. The filter even has a sponge cover to protect your baby shrimp from getting caught in the intake tube!
The price is almost the best talking point: only $55! That's insanely low compared to other tanks of similar size and construction. In addition, the tank is glass, so it's easy to keep it clean with weekly paper towel wipe downs. We enjoy the pristine look of the glass each and every day.
Although the tank does not come with plants, the low price enables more flexibility in your budget to buy lots of great plants and decorations, and the substrate holds the plants in place very well.
If you're looking for a starter shrimp tank, this is the only way to go!
